Horlings Garden Centre seeks an experienced Landscape Foreman to take charge of cutting-edge projects across the Kawartha’s. We require a self-starter with robust leadership and onsite project management skills. As the Landscape Foreman, you will lead a crew in transforming landscapes while maintaining a commitment to environmental sustainability.
Your role will include ensuring the timely delivery of projects, supervising equipment upkeep, and communicating effectively with the Landscape Manager about progress and challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise projects ensuring schedule adherence
- Direct and inspire crew members during tasks
- Collaborate with the Landscape Manager for seamless project execution
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Keep projects on budget and monitor progress Requirements:
- Solid understanding of planting, concrete, and carpentry
- Background in customer service is important
- High expectations for team operation and performance
- Ensure all equipment is maintained efficiently
