We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant at our family law firm in downtown Vancouver. Experience (5+ years) as a legal assistant is required, experience in family law is an asset but not required. The starting time for this job is mid/late-October.
Responsibilities: drafting correspondence, managing BF systems, managing lawyers' calendars, engaging with clients and staff, preparing accounts.
You have: ideally 5+ years as a legal assistant, interpersonal skills, a team mindset, attention to detail, highly organized, able to work in a high-volume practice.
Salary is tailored to experience. Following a probation period of three months, extended medical advantages and dental reimbursement included.
