As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Health & Wellness, ensuring that nursing care is goal-directed and aligned with provincial standards.

Responsibilities include completing care assessments, administering medications, and facilitating effective communication across interdisciplinary teams to lead to successful patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate care/service plans and implement necessary changes
- Maintain thorough documentation of residents' care
- Administer medications and support daily healthcare needs
- Assist in care conference scheduling and participation
- Respond to concerns from residents and families

Requirements:

- Active registration as an LPN in the Province/State
- Experience in a senior care setting is preferable
- Strong communication, coordination, and critical thinking skills
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is a must
- Commitment to obtaining a Vulnerable Sector Check
