We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Exterior Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming the exterior surfaces of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings through expert painting techniques. Your work will enhance curb appeal, protect structures from the elements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and consistency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings to accurately execute projects according to specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete tasks such as rigging scaffolding or masking areas for clean lines.
- Perform restoration work on damaged or weathered surfaces, including drywall repairs and caulking to ensure a smooth finish.
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining quality standards.




- Communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding project progress, challenges, and completion details.

Qualifications

- Prior construction experience with a focus on painting or surface preparation preferred.
- Knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting projects.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise application.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and rigging equipment safely.
- Solid understanding of caulking techniques and surface preparation for long-lasting finishes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
