We pride ourselves on encouraging an atmosphere of diversity and inclusion, while fostering employee engagement initiatives.The hourly rate for this position is $$28-$33 per hour.Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Production Welder (M04) for our Airdrie facility.Position Overview:This role is responsible for MIG welding and Spot-welding fabrication to assemble enclosures and frames and/or other projects, as required, for Airdrie’s product lines.It’s where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential—and where you can help us reach ours.Fabricate assemblies from component parts.

- Inspect welding equipment to ensure it is secure and operable condition, including inventory of supplies and spare parts.
- Maintain daily schedule for welding work.
- Control the quality of the welds (according to the drawings and quality standards).
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects applied to the area.Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Basic computer skills.
- Welding experience.Position Success Criteria:

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
