This is an on‑site position, five days per week, at our Vancouver office located at 200 Granville St.

Participate and provide support in relocation and accommodation requests. Participate in the relocation of personnel,



assist in the planning and organization of rooms and spaces in the building according to the requests received. Carry out the preventive follow‑up of the installations and repairs necessary for the good functioning of the site.

Performs various administrative and job‑related tasks in accordance with current guidelines. Manage the furniture inventory of our warehouse. Knowledge of commonly used software including Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
