FACILITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT

Starting from $16.35- $19.00/hour

20-25 hours/week 5 days/week

Are you reliable, hardworking, friendly, and someone who likes to stay busy?

We’re looking for a hands-on team member to help keep our storage facility clean, safe, organized, and looking its best 365 days a year!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Booking & renting storage units

Booking vehicle & trailer parking

Helping customers & providing great service

Cleaning units when customers move in & out

Lawn care & grounds maintenance

General maintenance & property upkeep

General cleanup & garbage/recycling

Snow shovelling & winter cleanup

Salting/sanding walkways & entrances

Operating a tractor for winter snow clearing

Operating equipment for summer grounds maintenance

Checking units, gates, lighting & common areas

Reporting maintenance, security & safety concerns

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

✅ Shows up and can be counted on

✅ Has a great attitude

✅ Enjoys working with people

✅ Can work independently





✅ Doesn't mind getting their hands dirty!

✅ Is comfortable working outside in Newfoundland weather

✅ Has good communication skills

✅ Has basic computer skills

✅ Has tractor/equipment experience — BIG ASSET!

✅ Has maintenance, landscaping, construction or property experience — BONUS!

THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL DESK JOB!

One day you might be helping a customer move into their new storage unit…

The next day you're cutting the grass…

Then fixing something around the property…

And when winter hits, you're behind the wheel of the tractor clearing snow!

We're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done.

Pay: $16.35-$19.00 per hour
