Potential to earn $125,000-$175,000 in this commission based position

Brian Cullen Motors is looking for a F&I; Manager to effectively support our New and Preowned Sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and a proven track record of high performance as a dealership finance and insurance manager.

Responsibilities

- Review all documentation pertaining to the sales agreement with every customer to ensure all contract information is correct
- Process credit approval and discuss with client
- Provide clients with a thorough presentation of extended warranties, aftermarket products, and protections
- Ensure all paperwork for vehicle sales are completed in a timely manner with a strong attention to detail
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the financial institutions
- Sources and manage alternative/competitive interest rates and finance programs




- Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approvals
- Provide ongoing training to the sales team hi-lighting the perks of financing, insurance and extended service programs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time
- Exemplify a professional, friendly and effective manner while providing knowledgeable information to our clients
