Administer the medications (IV, SC, IM) in a specialty Innomar Clinic, Langley location.
Complete necessary documentation based on policies and procedures, directions from the College of Nurses, and ISO 9001 accreditation standards. Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and/or product complaints, in accordance with Innomar policies & procedures Provide reliable availability, four 10-hour shifts weekly in a set rotation pre-established, no Sundays, Statutory Holidays, and no night shifts. Communicate effective amongst multi-disciplinary teams i.e. case managers, physicians, pharmacy, scheduling and other departments to meet established timelines Participate regularly in team web-based meetings/training sessions with the Manager, Regional Nurse Educator and Nurse Champion to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
Participate in specialized pharmaceutical related trainings as required. Adhere to professional nursing standards as per your professional associations and Innomar. Follow all nursing and clinic standard operating procedures and Work Instructions.
Follow all Health and Safety standards as per the Provincial Health and Safety Act. Complete ongoing and annual education training within the specified timeframes.
Be able to independently learn on digital platforms and utilize these in the work environment to meet work requirements.
Bachelor's degree in nursing, clinical practice, health sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Professional license or registration in nursing in the applicable jurisdiction of practice required.
Certification in clinical services, care coordination, patient safety, or equivalent preferred.
Certification in case management, clinical documentation improvement, healthcare quality, or equivalent preferred. Work Experience ~4+ years of experience in in nursing, clinical services, care coordination, patient support, clinical documentation, or a related field required.
