This is a full-time in office role for a Senior Field Service Technician based in Southwestern Ontario.

We are looking for support in the following areas: The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatics, hardware, and hollow metal doors and frames in their preferred area as well as assisting in other areas as the need arises. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing inspections, and providing recommendations for improvement. 5+ years experience in the installation, replacement, and repair of automatic door openers, door hardware,



and hollow metal doors and frames Proficient with low voltage wiring Excellent mechanical and technical aptitude Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients Comfortable training apprentices and advising of best practices Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., Safeguard Access Products Inc. is a leading company in the automatic and hardware door business with over 70 years of combined experience.
