This is an entry-level hybrid role across accounts payable and receivable, ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, highly autonomous, and thrives in a high-volume, transactional environment. Verify and reconcile invoices against contracts, SOWs, and internal approvals Maintain AR aging reports and flag risks or delays Investigate and resolve irregularities, including billing issues and discrepancies Perform data entry of financial transactions Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for internal financial inquiries (Slack channel and finance email inbox) Support Finance team on audits, reporting,



and compliance General administrative support and special projects when assigned 0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative support ~ Internship or co-op experience in finance/accounting is required if no full-time working experience ~ Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred ~ Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (AP/AR, reconciliations) ~ Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an asset ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Competitive Compensation – We recognize your expertise with a salary and bonus structure that reflects your impact.
