CLWR is hiring a Finance & Compliance Specialist to enhance financial systems for our international programs in Winnipeg. This full-time position blends financial expertise with compliance management. Reporting to the Co-Directors, you'll play a key role in financial oversight, project budgeting, and compliance with donor regulations.

Your work will involve proactive problem-solving with Program Managers, ensuring our projects are financially sound and compliant. Join us to make a difference in financial stewardship and capacity building. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice on project budgeting and donor compliance
- Conduct financial performance monitoring for various projects
- Guide Program Managers through audit and close-out procedures




- Maintain compliance documentation and audit trackers
- Develop and facilitate financial training for staff

Requirements:

- Education in finance, accounting, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years in project finance or donor relations
- Robust knowledge of GAC financial compliance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and finance software
- Exceptional communication skills in English
