and internal controls Oversee the annual statutory audit and external auditor relationship Implement company initiatives across the finance function Lead finance transformation and continuous improvement projects Work with the International FD on long-range plans and budgets Perform investment modelling to evaluate project viability 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Finance leadership position Proven record of leading, transforming and creating finance teams Experience communicating, influencing and presenting at a senior level Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Knowledge of USGAAP, SOX, IFRS, or local GAAP Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics is preferable Ability to lead and influence across a work from home environment Demonstrates expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and compliance within a highly regulated environment, while leading and transforming finance teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
