Acting as a trusted financial resource for members of group retirement and savings plans by providing personalized financial advice.

Encouraging early engagement and increased contribution rates so members can fully benefit from employer matching and tax advantages. Promoting the consolidation of external assets into group plans to simplify financial management and support asset growth. Supporting members approaching retirement by helping them understand their retirement income options.

Leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data to track engagement and identify targeted opportunities.



Collaborating closely with support teams to ensure operational efficiency and the successful delivery of special projects. Holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or any other relevant field.

Has at least two years of experience in financial advisory services, wealth management, or a similar role in the financial services industry. Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the role requires daily communication with internal stakeholders and English-speaking clients across Canada via email and phone. Fluent in French both oral and written.
