Be part of Financeit’s success as a Bilingual Client Success Specialist. This hybrid position assists in onboarding current merchants and supports existing clients primarily in the Quebec market. At Financeit, we are looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Client Success Specialist.
You will play a pivotal role in training newly approved merchants on our platform while providing ongoing support to enhance their customer experience. Ideal candidates have a strong customer service focus and demonstrate excellent communication skills in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate positive transitions for new merchants
- Train businesses to leverage financing tools
- Help current Partners generate consistent sales
- Organize and execute training sessions effectively
- Track and report all sales activities meticulously Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Bilingual English and French skills required
- Exposure to consumer lending or SaaS preferred
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Salesforce or related CRM platforms Utilize your expertise in customer success and sales to drive the growth of Financeit’s client partnerships.
