With operations in Northeast British Columbia, they manage several active surface mines and support a workforce of over 1,000 employees. They are seeking a motivated Financial Planning Analyst to join the finance team.

This role is integral in supporting financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making across multiple mine sites. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders, travelling regularly to mine locations to support budgeting, forecasting, and business partnership activities. Travel to mine sites to support financial planning and business analysis.

Gather, compile, and analyze financial and operational data. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and strategic planning. Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis. Monitor capital expenditures and manage fixed asset reporting.





Collaborate with business unit managers to finalize reports and resolve discrepancies. Support stakeholder reporting and assist with ad hoc financial projects. Uphold all company policies related to health & safety, environment, and business operations.
