The Financial

Officer will report to the UTIAS Manager and collaborate with the Senior Finance & Payroll Officer to manage budgeting and payroll functions. - Develop and maintain financial activity plans
- Oversee budgeting to remain within allocations
- Reconcile and report on grant funding accounts

- Ensure accurate HRIS transaction processing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 3 years in financial administration
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Knowledge of FIS and HRIS systems
