Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking experienced Front of House Servers who see service as a craft — professionals who are passionate about guiding guests through an unforgettable dining journey rather than simply delivering plates to tables; a true hospitality professional.

Ideal candidates will:

- Have at least 3 years of experience in upscale or fine dining environments
- Wine Knowledge; Niagara and International
- Include European charm and poise to every interaction
- Feel comfortable in a setting where genuine hospitality and thoughtful service matter more than rigid steps of service
- Be deeply curious and knowledgeable about food, wine, and seasonal cooking
- Thrive in a creative, fast-paced team environment
