Possibly the only food delivery job in town that provides you with the delivery car. Enjoy serving the restaurants and customers who like to support local. Scheduling is adaptable and you'll be directed by experienced and courteous dispatchers.

Evenings and weekends: (shifts are 4 or 5 pm to 9 or 10 pm weekdays. Between 9 am and 10 pm Sat./ Sun (minimum 6 hour shifts weekends). You can give your availability Saturday for the week ahead.

Previous delivery experience is an asset. If you were a valued courier from legacy food delivery services (Fast-track, Cheetah etc), or are an experienced Pizza Delivery driver, I'd be especially interested in speaking with you.

Commercial auto insurance history is an asset (for example if you delivered for eg. Napa autoparts or taxi)

Otherwise, high driving competence and general work experience is acceptable without delivery experience.

For access to my vehicles for food delivery, I'm seeking several characteristics and qualifications...

-over 25 years old (for insurance reasons), G license

-a perfect or near perfect driving and insurance record (our insurer will check this when you're added to the policy. See below for more info)





-experienced and confident driver eg. parallel parking is a breeze. In general, you're "at home" behind the wheel

-have your own vehicle to commute to mine

-tolerant to waiting between deliveries during some shifts (food delivery is a good fit for the retired or as a second income but isn't as consistent hour to hour as other jobs. Young drivers may find themselves restless some shifts)

Details for driving record requirements below. (Unfortunately, delivery insurance is complicated and only specific driver profiles will fit with my needs). My insurer knows better than me so there might be minor exceptions but it's something like this:

-no minor tickets last 3 years

-no major tickets last 6 years

-no at fault accidents last 10 years

-minimum 5 years with G licence

-no significant gaps in insurance coverage

-over 25
