FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR NOC 62020 Position within McDonald’s Restaurants, Thunder Bay, ON (Cumberland St.).

Responsibilities Establish methods to meet work schedules. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Hire food service staff. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Ensure food service quality control. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Support for Youths On‑job training tailored to youth. Mentorship, coaching and networking opportunities.

Awareness training to employees to create a welcoming workplace for youth.

Qualifications ~ High-school (secondary) graduation certificate. ~1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Employment Details Wage: $19.00 per hour.

Hours: 40 per week.
