Dutch Painting Services is looking for an experienced Painting Foreperson to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can not only produce high-quality painting work, but also lead a crew and keep jobs running smoothly from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Skilled painting experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or foreperson experience
- Strong knowledge of interior and exterior painting and surface preparation
- Ability to lead, organize, and motivate a crew
- Ability to assign tasks and monitor quality and productivity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A dependable and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the job site
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise painting crews on residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate daily work and assign tasks
- Ensure work meets Dutch Painting Services’ quality standards
- Monitor job progress and communicate with management
- Maintain an organized, professional, and safe job site
- Ensure company safety procedures are followed
- Help train and support crew members
- Work hands-on alongside the crew as required
