We are hiring a reliable Forklift Operator/Driver to join our team in a busy, fast-paced warehouse/production setting. Depending on the day's needs, you'll be operating the forklift, working on the production floor, and helping count and organize inventory. We're looking for someone versatile who can move between tasks and pitch in wherever needed.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with Saturdays as required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move windows and materials throughout the facility
- Work on the production floor as needed, assisting with general tasks and production flow
- Count, organize, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Lift, bend, and move materials manually when required
- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Organize and stage inventory in designated areas
- Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area




- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with production and shipping/receiving teams

Requirements:

- Forklift operating experience is required
- Valid forklift certification is a strong asset
- Ability to lift and perform repetitive bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Reliable and punctual with robust attendance record
- Ability to work Saturdays as required
- Comfortable switching between different tasks throughout the day (forklift, floor work, inventory).

Other skills and qualifications:

- Work experience in the windows and door manufacturing industry would be considered an asset.
