The holder must perform any additional assigned tasks, meet the minimum required thresholds for mandatory testing and training, work in a Windows environment, successfully complete periodic training, maintain annual accreditations if applicable, and work on different shifts as operational needs require. Holders in Quebec must be bilingual (French and English). In addition to standard selection criteria, candidates for positions requiring driving as a fundamental competency must hold a valid permit (e.g., Class 5, G or 1[AZ]) and have a record with no more than two infractions and/or accidents in the 24 months preceding the application.
Candidates will also be evaluated on: 1) their annual driving record; 2) their interview performance; and 3) their results on administered driving evaluations. To load and unload freight, scan, and sort freight within the facility.
