Join Walter Surface Technologies as an FP&A; Manager and take charge of financial planning and analysis in Pointe-Claire, QC. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and business performance. This role requires a proficient professional to report directly to the Director of M&A; and Strategic Finance.

You will manage budgeting processes, analyze key financial results, and help make informed decisions through effective communication and collaboration. Your insights will drive improvements in our FP&A; tools and processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate monthly financial results versus budgets
- Draft MD&A; and financial reports for executives
- Collaborate as a business partner for Management
- Supervise FP&A; processes in commercial organization
- Coordinate annual budgeting with various units

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant FP&A; experience
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Robust analytical and communication skills
- CPA or CFA designation is a plus
