Utilize your skills in assessment, planning, and delivery to create meaningful client experiences and actively contribute to their rehabilitation journey. Conduct comprehensive assessments and community evaluations

- Lead individual and group therapy based on client goals
- Collaborate with community agencies to streamline support services
- Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- At least two years’ experience in a relevant field
- Knowledgeable in contemporary rehabilitation practices
