Check in the client, handle administrative formalities required by the hotel

- Plan reservations in advance that come by email, fax or phone
- Manage the real-time availability of rooms on a reservation software
- Optimize the hotel’s occupancy rate by establishing statistics on the software
- The employee may be required to train colleagues and attend additional training related to their position. DEP in hotel reception or at least one year of experience in hotel reception Proficiency in computer skills,
