As the first face our visitors see, the Receptionist & Office Administrator sets the tone for the energy and excitement at the Canadian Tire Centre. Balancing front desk duties with administrative responsibilities, you'll be the go-to team member. Whether you're welcoming guests, supporting internal teams, or coordinating officelogistics, you'll be a key contributor to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a replacement.

Front Desk

Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression. Answer and direct incoming calls through the main switchboard in a courteous and efficient manner. Ensure the reception area, boardrooms, front office, and kitchen are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Maintain up-to-date reception manuals and shared internal resources. Support the coordination of all meeting logistics, including room setup, AV/technology requirements, catering, and guest access. Promptly notify team members of parcel deliveries.

Order and replenish kitchen and common area supplies as needed. Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as required. Respond to staff supply requests and ensure essential materials are readily available.

Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and department leads, including printing, scanning, filing, and document organization. Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned. Bilingual in French and English is required. ~2-4 years of previous experience in a front-desk or receptionist role.



~ Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. ~ Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
