The position is part-time and requires someone who is VERY detail-oriented, can multi-task extremely well, has experience with scheduling and billing and works well independently or as part of a dynamic team.

Job duties include

- Providing prompt and courteous service to all clients at TPC
- Billing for clinic services, both private and insurance related
- Scheduling appointments for a staff of 50 therapists
- Management of client claims, involving communication with ICBC/WSBC
- Preparation of billing files for third-party insurers
- Communicating with doctors and specialists
- File management and daily chart organization
- Ensuring reception area is stocked with necessary supplies




- Clinic upkeep - maintaining tidiness in all areas of the clinic and doing laundry

Hours of work are variable Mon-Fri 6:30am-8pm & Sat 8:30am-3:30pm
