Globe Theatre is Saskatchewan’s largest performing arts organization and Canada’s only permanent theatre-in-the-round. Located in the newly renovated MacCorquodale Place in downtown Regina.

Join our Front of House Team!

Globe Theatre is looking for enthusiastic, welcoming, and customer service-minded individuals to join our Front of House Team for the 2026/27 Season. Our Front of House team plays an essential role in creating an exceptional ‘white glove’ experience for every patron who walks through our doors. You will help to ensure all patrons feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for through their shared live theatre experiences at the Globe.

This is a part-time, casual position, reporting directly to the Front of House, Supervisor. Your shifts will take place during our Main Stage production runs from September 2026 through to June 2027, with additional opportunities to also work special events and rentals that will take place in our Community Black Box Theatre.

We understand that casual staff lead busy lives and will collaborate with all team members to build schedules around flexible availability.

Front of House Staff rotate through a variety of patron-facing positions, including:





· Welcoming Patrons & Scanning tickets - the first contact with our patrons upon arrival

· Assisting Patrons with Wayfinding, seating, accessibility needs, and frequent questions

· Operating our bar and concession, including responsible alcohol service and payment handling

· Maintaining clean and welcoming Lobby and Theatre spaces

· Assisting with routine Front of House procedures before, during and after performances

· Helping create a warm, professional ‘white glove’ service experience for every Globe Theatre patron

Our ideal Front of House Team Member is friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a busy public-facing environment.

All eligible candidates should

· be 19 years of age or older.

· hold a valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan Certificate.

· have 1-3 years of Customer Service experience.

· be comfortable working primarily Evenings & Weekends.

· be able to climb stairs and remain active throughout a shift.

· be confident problem solving and assisting patrons in the moment.

· Work well as a part of a collaborative live event team; and

· Bring a positive, calm, and skilled approach to customer service.

First Aid certification training is considered an asset but not required.

Experience with or a love and understanding of Theatre practices and the arts is also an asset but not required. We can teach you the theatre part, bring us your people skills!

$20.00 per hour

Shifts average 4+ hours and typically take place in the evenings from 6:00PM – 10:00 PM or later, as well as during weekend matinees and special events.

During production runs, team members may work 1-5 shifts per week, depending on availability and operational needs. Production runs can range between 2-8 weeks.

Front of House Team Members also receive two (2) complimentary tickets to each Globe Theatre production during the 2026/27 season.

The Front of House Staff Uniform is professional, elegant all black attire. Clothing should be free of any visible branding or logos.
