Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, offering knowledgeable assistance and product recommendations in the fruit department
- Ensure all fruit displays are well-stocked, attractive, and properly organized according to merchandising standards
- Perform regular quality checks on fresh produce, removing any damaged or spoiled items to maintain freshness standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the department by cleaning shelves, displays, and work areas consistently
- Assist with cashiering duties during busy periods, processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management by organizing stock,



conducting periodic stock counts, and reporting shortages or discrepancies

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an appealing department appearance
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy boxes, standing for extended periods, and cleaning work areas
- Valuable communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently
