The Full-Stack Developer strengthens Live to Play Sports / Norco Bikes' internal development capacity and delivers the systems our dealers and business teams depend on. Working across the back-end and front-end of our software landscape, you will build and maintain features, reduce development backlog, and cross-train on our core ERP platform. This role reports to the Business Operations & Technology Manager, and works under the technical direction of the Tech Lead, following the architecture, coding, and code-review standards they set.

As our systems are live, business-critical platforms our dealers use daily, this role balances new development with real-time support and maintenance in a production environment.

Role and Responsibilities

· Develop, maintain, and update the B2B eCommerce website and internal tools alongside front-end and back-end developers.

· Cross-train with the back-end developer on Progress OpenEdge / ABL (MXP) ERP work to support ERP maintenance and development.

· Work through the development request backlog, clearing and managing tickets.

· Help reduce outsourcing dependency over time as internal capacity grows.

· Contribute to regression testing and QA processes.

· Work within the architecture, coding, and code-review standards set by the Technical Lead

Required Qualifications

Back-End

· Proficiency in Python/Django (DRF), FastAPI, and REST API development.

· Celery for asynchronous task processing (existing LTP stack) and Redis.





· Authentication and authorization patterns: session-based, API keys, OAuth, and Token-based (JWT)

Front-End

· Front-end framework: React or Vue, and API integration.

· HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

· Experience with B2B ecommerce website UI (preferred).

Database

· Relational databases and SQL: MySQL and PostgreSQL

· Django ORM and SQLAlchemy.

General

· Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, merging, etc.)

· CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)

· Package managers and build tooling (npm, Vite, webpack)

· Experience writing unit tests (e.g. pytest, Django test framework, Jest/Vitest), and maintaining test coverage for new features.

· Familiarity with QA practices: writing test cases, regression testing, and reproducing/documenting bugs before release.

· Comfortable balancing planned development with real-time production support in a small team with shifting, ad hoc demands.

· Strong communication and a collaborative approach the technology and business teams.

Assets (Nice-to-Have)

· Progress OpenEdge / ABL (MXP) experience (you will cross-train on this if current to it).

· Understanding of B2B wholesale and dealer ordering workflows, and ERP-connected commerce platforms.

· Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap and component libraries.

· Solr or search-index experience.

· SOAP / WSDL integration experience.
