Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with solid Java expertise to join a technology team focused on building and enhancing scalable, high-performance software platforms. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, optimization, and deployment of reliable applications within a highly automated and containerized environment.

The role requires experience with modern software development workflows, real-time or low-latency applications, and a strong focus on performance optimization. The ideal candidate is collaborative, highly analytical, and comfortable leveraging automation and emerging technologies, including AI, to improve software development and maintenance.

Experience with order management systems (OMS) or other low-latency applications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements to high-performance software platforms.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize applications and systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers and technical teams across different time zones.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve development efficiency.
- Analyze application performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Participate in code reviews,



debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, preferably with low-latency, real-time, or high-performance systems.
- Excellent proficiency in Java, including concurrency, performance tuning, and memory management.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX command-line environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Experience working within automated software development and deployment environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using AI or agentic AI tools for software development and maintenance.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Podman.
- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with messaging and event-streaming technologies such as Kafka or Aeron.
- Experience with application profiling, metrics collection, and performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated deployment pipelines.
- Experience with order management systems or other high-performance trading/transactional applications is an advantage.
