As the Assistant Parts Manager, you’ll play a critical role in achieving departmental goals through effective inventory control, while also training and managing staff.

You'll work closely with the service team to maintain optimal parts availability and customer satisfaction across all service channels. Key Responsibilities:

- Set and achieve departmental sales goals
- Hire, train, and manage department performance
