As our brand expands, we are looking for an energetic, service-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team on the sales floor. While your primary focus will be in-store customer service and merchandising, a regular part of your shift will include facilitating local deliveries, making a reliable personal vehicle a must for this role.

Core Accountabilities

- Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate at-counter collections and safely transport regional orders directly to consumers. (Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid Ontario G license are required).
- Customer Engagement: Welcome incoming shoppers, address specific merchandise inquiries, and suggest products aligned with individual needs.
- Client Guidance: Provide accurate details regarding regulated product types, responsible consumption practices, and proper serving sizes.
- Age Validation: Maintain regulatory integrity by verifying official government photo IDs to restrict access to minors.
- Point-of-Sale Management: Utilize checkout software to process payments accurately and manage monetary transactions.
- Product Presentation: Restock retail shelves,



curate clean merchandise displays, and ensure the storefront remains pristine, maintain clean store environment.
- Market Awareness: Keep pace with evolving regional frameworks, assist with inventory counts, and study new stock arrivals.
- Operational Workflows: Complete morning setup and nightly lockdown routines while strictly adhering to safety guidelines.

Applicant Prerequisites

- Age 19 or above to satisfy provincial legal age restrictions.
- Possession of an active Ontario G class license and a dedicated personal car to use during shifts.
- Successful completion of the CannSell certification course before the official hiring date.
- Prior background in storefront environments, food service, or general public-facing roles is favored.
- Basic understanding of the Ontario Cannabis License Act along core products.
- Strong verbal abilities paired with an open, welcoming personality.
- Availability to manage a rotating roster that spans day shifts, evenings, weekend blocks, and statutory holidays.
- Proficiency operating contemporary point-of-sale systems and digital retail tools.
