Join Mt Seymour's Operations team as a full time Buildings Maintenance Technician. Utilize your plumbing and carpentry skills to ensure the functionality of our breathtaking North Vancouver facility. This hands-on position involves working closely with the Maintenance Manager to execute all aspects of building maintenance. You will also assist in operating water and wastewater systems, playing a key role in maintaining the safety and effectiveness of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Complete work orders efficiently under supervision
- Maintain all aspects of plumbing, carpentry, and heating
- Assist with building renovations and small projects
- Monitor sewage treatment and domestic water systems
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years providing maintenance services
- Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems
- Basic mechanical knowledge a must
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
