Organization is looking for four 911/Fire Call Takers for its new Provincial Emergency Communication Centre in Regina. Your primary role will be to serve as the first contact in emergencies, employing strong communication and decision-making abilities. The position includes comprehensive initial and ongoing training, emphasizing skill enhancement in a modern communications environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond effectively to 9-1-1 emergency calls
- Collect vital information from callers




- Provide reassurance and assistance during crises
- Dispatch fire and rescue services accordingly
- Support the centre’s development and operations Requirements:
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent required
- Typing proficiency of 35 WPM or higher
- Explicit Criminal Record Check is necessary
- Must complete on-the-job training
