Your work will make a real difference in their lives. In this role, you'll engage with youth to assess their needs and guide them towards safe living arrangements outside emergency shelters.

Utilizing a solution-focused support model, you will build strong relationships with community partners to assist youth in achieving independence. This full time opportunity involves a commitment to flexibility with day/evening rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate youth needs for safe housing alternatives
- Offer guidance and support to prevent homelessness




- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance resources
- Assist in skills group facilitation for emotional development
- Maintain documentation and prepare funding reports Requirements:
- University degree in a social services field
- Over 3 years of experience with youth support
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
- Access to a vehicle and valid insurance required
