Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full Time Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
- Handle food with care, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients for efficient meal service
- Serve guests with a friendly attitude, ensuring timely delivery of hot, fresh meals with attentive food service practices
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of supply needs




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry
- Previous food service experience demonstrating excellent customer interaction skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques across various cuisines is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
