The Executive
Assistant plays a pivotal role in facilitating communication and governance activities for the Chief and Council. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of administrative experience. Candidates must showcase professionalism and have a deep understanding of First Nation governance and cultural dynamics. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules for leadership
- Coordinate meetings and prepare essential governance documents
- Maintain communications with community members and external partners
- Ensure proper recording of governance activities
