The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and company procedures. As the Project Manager , your responsibilities will include: # Implement quality control processes to meet company and client standards. # Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies. # Oversee all construction project aspects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance. # Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Procore. # Perform regular site inspections to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. # Serve as the primary communication link between in office teams and the Project Manager. # Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for timely material delivery. # Identify and resolve on-site challenges to minimize disruptions.
