Support critical cardiac patients at Toronto General Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The CVICU is a agile unit, requiring expertise in managing critical care situations and supporting life-saving technologies like IABP. This position demands flexibility, commitment, and a strong skill set in cardiac nursing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and care for patients post-heart surgery • Operate and monitor IABP and CVVHD apparatus • Facilitate communication among healthcare providers • Assist in the education of recovering patients • Maintain physical demands set by unit standards Requirements:
