We are expanding and looking to hire an occupational therapy assistant to provide occupational therapy services in schools.

Implement high quality, client- and family-centered occupational therapy services

- Effectively communicate and collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to develop outcomes-based supports and services
- Manage a caseload and complete administrative tasks such as documentation, service plans, and reports for internal and external use
- Participate in training, program development, and team meetings as needed
- Support parent and community training workshops, as needed; and, Requirements Experience working with children and youth with additional needs;

Education in Teaching,



Counseling, Rehabilitation, Healthcare, Early Childhood Education, Education, and/or Kinesiology Able to provide a Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Persons Check

- Possess a valid Saskatchewan drivers license and vehicle for travel within Regina and across Southern Saskatchewan Possess current First aid and CPR certification
- Be versatile, adaptable, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Be willing to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends;

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is an asset

- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational, decision-making, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team; and, Experience working with indigenous communities an asset.
