You will join a dedicated team serving a diverse clientele of more than 15,000 people, delivering quality health services in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive client care assessments
- Provide clinical support and consultation for healthcare providers
- Report on client assessments to service partners
- Collaborate on program planning and quality improvements
- Guide infection control practices effectively
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Nursing/Practical Nursing
- 3+ years in a healthcare setting
- Good standing member of Ontario’s College of Nurses
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Proficient communication and leadership capabilities
