Bonjour Bagel is looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly professional Sales Associate to join our weekday team at West Edmonton Mall.

This is much more than a cashier position. Sales and customer experience are your #1 priorities.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers, knows how to sell, and understands how to create the kind of experience that turns a first-time visitor into a loyal regular.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
- Excellent spoken English, with clear, confident, and articulate communication
- Strong sales skills, including upselling and cross-selling
- Outgoing, energetic, and extremely comfortable interacting with customers
- Professional, positive, and consistently welcoming
- Fast, organized, and comfortable multitasking
- Autonomous and able to take initiative without constant supervision
- Able to remain efficient and friendly during busy rush periods
- Full time weekday availability is required





Your Responsibilities Your main focus will always be sales and customer experience, but teamwork is essential at Bonjour Bagel.

You will

- Welcome customers, take orders, and process payments
- Recommend products and actively upsell and cross-sell
- Build relationships with customers and encourage loyalty
- Prepare and organize Uber Eats/SKIP delivery orders
- Help the team prepare drinks and bagels during rush periods
- Keep the front counter clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Jump in wherever needed to keep service fast and efficient
