About the Role

MarketDental is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to sell our cloud-based dental software solutions to practices across Canada and the US.

Our products integrate with major dental practice management systems and help clinics improve patient communication, online forms, reviews, recalls, booking, and other daily workflows.

Our platform delivers transparent value at the practice level by improving efficiency, reducing administrative work, and integrating with software the clinic already uses. The benefits are easy to demonstrate, creating a clear and straightforward sales process.

Responsibilities

- Contact dental clinics through cold calls, email, and follow-up
- Present and demonstrate MarketDental cloud products
- Explain how our solutions integrate with dental practice management software
- Understand each clinic's needs and recommend the right products
- Prepare proposals and close new accounts
- Maintain leads and sales activity in a CRM
- Meet monthly sales targets

Requirements




- Previous experience working in a dental clinic, such as RDA, RDH, treatment coordinator, office manager, receptionist, or similar role
- Proven sales experience
- Cold-calling and outbound sales experience
- Good understanding of dental software and clinic workflows
- Comfortable learning and explaining software and cloud-based technology
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward sales targets

Strong Assets
- SaaS or software sales experience
- Dental office management experience
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM

Compensation Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
