As a Senior HR Generalist, you will partner with senior HR management to support various HR functions, focusing on policy development and implementation, performance management, and employee onboarding. - Administer the performance review and compensation processes
- Conduct compliance related activities and training programs
- Maintain records and generate HR reports Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years in HR or equivalent experience
