Key Responsibilities





- Develop work plans for annual training initiatives • Schedule and implement training programs tailored for members • Supervise and guide clerical support or summer students • Maintain detailed client records and financial documentation • Collaborate with external agencies for program success Requirements:
- College diploma in Business or Training with at least 2 years of experience • Proven ability to support clients in achieving career goals • Solid organizational skills for managing budgets and resources • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently • Must have a current Criminal Reference Check (CRC) Facilitate impactful training and career pathways as a dedicated Training Development Officer in M’Chigeeng.
