Become a pivotal part of Doman Building Materials Group as a Warehouse Supervisor located in Sudbury, Ontario. Lead warehouse operations and ensure safety and efficiency every day. In this permanent, full-time role, you will direct warehouse operations, including order picking and shipping, while reporting directly to the Branch Supervisor.

Your focus will be on achieving top-notch customer service levels and ensuring compliance with both internal and external safety standards. You will coordinate staffing levels, manage resources, and supervise warehouse employees to maintain productivity. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee productive product flow and transportation
- Guarantee order accuracy and timely shipping processes




- Create staff schedules and oversee performance management
- Investigate customer complaints effectively
- Implement safety protocols and maintain warehouse organization Requirements:
- Three years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse
- Solid background in health and safety regulations
- Strong team building and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- High school diploma or GED; additional education preferred Deliver exceptional warehouse management and customer service at Doman in Sudbury.
