My client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join a fast-paced technology team responsible for developing and enhancing mission-critical platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on highly scalable, real-time systems while contributing across the full software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining modern cloud-native applications, with responsibilities spanning both backend development using Microsoft .NET technologies and frontend development using React and TypeScript.

This position will also provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and helping drive best practices across the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Build and enhance modern React and TypeScript user interfaces that deliver real-time data and analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain services using modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native methodologies.
- Integrate applications with message brokers, caching technologies, and relational databases.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using observability and logging tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Project Management.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced developers.




- Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure high engineering standards.
- Maintain highly available, resilient, and scalable systems.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that follows industry best practices.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies where appropriate.
- Investigate and resolve production issues across distributed systems.
- Contribute to automated testing initiatives to improve software quality and reliability.
- Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools while maintaining full ownership and accountability for delivered code.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing applications with Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Minimum 2 years of frontend development experience using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.




- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience
- Experience building high-performance, highly scalable distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Experience working with Redis or similar caching technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure, although AWS experience will also be considered.
- Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and practices.
- Solid understanding of modern API and communication technologies including REST, gRPC, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events (SSE).
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring frameworks such as OpenTelemetry.
- Experience developing real-time, data-intensive user interfaces, including handling concurrency, optimistic updates, and conflict resolution scenarios.
