This position is responsible for performing physical labour at the job site in a protected and efficient manner. Complete construction/labour tasks, in a timely manner, as assigned by site supervisor Advise site supervisor of material requirements on site.

Advise of material overages to return for credit Tidy work site and remove garbage to ensure it is clean Protect work in place and delivered materials from unnecessary damage Pick up and schedule deliveries of materials Stacking and banding of materials Complete items identified on Quality Assurance list Conduct inspection of each completed home following North Ridges close out list. Carpentry apprentice in at least second year or equivalent experience ~Must be a resident of Saskatchewan and be legally able to work in Canada #
